Planning for the show: Curation, promo material and merch considerations
I visited the gallery with Ollie last week to measure up and photograph the relevant spaces, and the printed put annotated images for the group to start visualizing and planning the show. Next up, organising the volunteer rota for supervising it during opening. And then creating the event poster. I met with Amelie fron the FDA year 2 group briefly briefly and we've arranged a fuller meeting soon so we can coordinate some kind of visual thread to run through all the courses material to brand it cohesively. We're thinking orange neon text in a strong font. I've been collecting inspiration images for the promotional material, you can see more details in my other blog post shown below. I've also bought some electric blue bags to screenprint my rabbit graphic on to sell. Much. To. Do.
