Messing more with Meshy

I was genuinely amazed to discover how powerful Meshy is — it allowed me to turn my AI-generated dog images into a 3D STL print file with ease. and I’ve only just scratched the surface of its possibilities.

This led me to experiment further, using some of my recent sketches and other AI images I had created with my carpet piece in mind. Here you can see the source image (the small thumbnail on the left) and the results. It is a generative AI program so you can of course create infinite interpretations.

The program also automatically generates titles for each image, which adds an unexpected layer to the work. The first image was titled by Messy as: "Pink Bunny Lounge".

The next series of images are the results of my experimenting with some recent sketches.

Messy titled: "Purple Watcher"

The above was automatically named “Fierce Pink Blob.” I tried to push the AI to more accurately represent the dog-like qualities of the sketch, but I encountered some limitations within the software.

Nailed it.

After exploring Meshy further, I discovered that you can animate inhouse, as well as export direct to Blender to further animate if desired.
