Rug ideas
Considering my available budget and timeline, making one large scale rug piece feels like rational optimism.
I used the below prompt to create this first set of images, loosely based on the Egyptian goddess of the arts and motherhood, Hathor.
"A photorealistic art installation in a plain white gallery, featuring a pink rug sculpted to the exact contours of Hathor's entire body. The rug is positioned half leaning against the wall, half splayed on the floor, inviting viewers to sit. The style is a fun, almost primitive, childlike cartoon silhouette, with vibrant colors and bold lines, reminiscent of early animation and folk art, with a sense of playful energy."
I have half an idea to expand this eventually, next time creating 3 separate rug pieces, each one representing a different aspect of the triple goddess; maiden, mother and crone. I used the below prompt to generate this next set of images, again using Google Imagen 4.0 via NightCafe:
"Three stylized, silhouette representations of female figures, each formed by a pink rug, are arranged in a line against a plain white gallery wall. One rug depicts the maiden, another the mother, and the third the crone, with the rugs cut precisely to the contours of their respective bodies. They appear sacred and holy, with a fun, primitive, and childlike aesthetic. Each figure is half-adhered to the wall and half splayed onto the floor, creating inviting seating areas. Photorealistic rendering, vibrant colors, soft ambient lighting, wide-angle lens, shallow depth of field."
