Fortune cookie sculpture development

I have 10 of these printing, which will create 5 separate cookies.

Each half of the fortune cookie is 25cm.

The design has a key and hole design so they can be fitted together. There is also a slot for the textile fortune to slot into either side. This potentially makes them interactive.

I will start the embroidering the fortunes next week. I think I will use a blue thread on white cotton, like below. 

My earlier post on my fortune design needs revisiting so I can choose which ones to experiment with.

It feels poignant that I am creating satirical and funny sculptures at the point where my family is besieged by tragedy. But it's important to remember to laugh at times like this as well as cry.
